Beyond Women's Health

Prices and policies

What it costs, before you come.

Insurance, self-pay prices, what to bring, and the cancellation policy. All before you book.

At the visit

One physician. No annual exams.

Who you see

You are seen by Dr. Mueller, not a rotating provider. A new-patient visit is 40 minutes; follow-ups are 20.

No annual exams

We do not offer well-woman visits, screening Paps, or mammogram referrals. Your primary care physician handles those. Come here for a symptom, a procedure, or a surgical consultation.

Insurance

We bill your plan.

To book

$50· if you miss the appointment or cancel with under 24 hours’ notice

  • · The same for every patient and every plan.
  • · Never billed to insurance. No care was given, so there is nothing to bill.
  • · Paying it is never a condition of booking again, of receiving your records, or of urgent care.
  • · A card is saved when you book, through a secure link. It is charged only if you miss an appointment or cancel late.

Before you come
